Please read the Terms of Use ("Agreement") before you proceed
to download, install and use all or any part of the applications PODOCAPTURE , PODO REMOTE,
INSHOE REMOTE, RETAILMC ,(including but not limited to software, files and related
documents), or use the services provided by MEDICAPTEURS to connect to the
application. You consent and agree to be bound by the provisions and conditions
of this agreement when performing the above operations. In case you do not
agree with any of the terms used by us (this version and the updated version),
please do not download, install and use applications or remove applications
from your phone.
This application functions:

Record some data coming from x Medicapteurs Platform (WIFI, Bluetooth,
USB)
·
Add information on Database (User ID and sensors values).
·
Manage Medicapteurs software (installed on a PC) by the way of phone
application (WIFI connection to link to pc)
This application was developed by MEDICAPTEURS, all intellectual
property rights related to the application (including but not limited to source
code, images, data, information and content contained in application, the
amendments and supplements and updates the application) and the related
documentation (if any) will be owned exclusively by MEDICAPTEURS and not individuals or organizations are
allowed to copy, reproduce create, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon the
rights of the owners without the consent and written permission of
MEDICAPTEURS.
When using the application, you
acknowledge that we have the right to use the following rights to access data
on your phone:
(1) Uses the device's microphone (s) for voice to text process.
(2) Read and write data to the memory. Database access is protected by user and password.
Data are saved in database until user decide to delete it.
(3) Data can be shared by user only if he decides to do it. Nothing is automatically
shared.
(4) Allows the application to control Medicapteurs
device threw Wireless communication (Bluetooth or WIFI) or USB.
(5) Location access must be accepted to allow system to identify WIFI
network name (WIFI and Location are hardware linked). Location is not used at
all, neither in front or background. Without this identification, application
can’t know if tablet or phone is linked to the good WIFI network before
starting the measurement.
(6) Camera can be used to associate picture to measurement.
(7) Use voice recorder during use to allow Google voice recognition and control
application or write information.
Applications only collects measured and identification data. This data
is stored locally and none is transmitted to a third party without the consent
and responsibility of the user.
This Agreement may be updated regularly by MEDICAPTEURS, updated version
will be found on MEDICAPTEURS website. Updated Version will replace the
provisions and conditions of the agreement the original agreement.
MEDICAPTEURS using secure communication methods and encryption to
transmit and store data. We pledge to keep confidential all information that
you provide to MEDICAPTEURS or that we collect from you and not disclosed to
any third party unless there is a request from the State agency having
jurisdiction.
MEDICAPTEURS commitment not to collect any fees for use of PODO REMOTE,
INSHOE REMOTE , RETAILMC and PODOCAPTURE applications.
